The brief: Boosting video views through innovation and creativity


Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) provides IT services, consulting and business solutions, partnering with many of the world’s largest businesses – across all industries – for over 50 years.

TCS has a long-standing partnership with European home improvement retailer Kingfisher Group (parent company of B&Q, ScrewFix and BricoDepot among others). Together, the two organisations successfully implemented TCS OmniStore™, an AI-powered platform for unified commerce.

With Kingfisher Group now experiencing increased productivity, revenue, faster checkout times and broader sales opportunities, TCS wanted to share the results of this collaboration through an engaging and accessible video testimonial.

With TCS OmniStore™, Kingfisher’s customers now enjoy a seamless shopping journey, regardless of whether they interact online, in-store, or through a blended experience. To showcase the project's success, TCS secured interviews with Kingfisher executives.

While these pieces to camera would provide context and highlight the results the companies had achieved together, the TCS team was keen to push the execution a notch higher – to help potential TCS clients imagine how its solutions could benefit both their customers and colleagues.
